China Hualu Group is established for Chinese video cassette recorder industry. In June 17th, 1997, concerned by the leadership of the State Council, China Hualu Electronic Co., Ltd was established under the joint contribution of nine VCR experimental enterprises in China. In June 18th, 2000, China Hualu Group Co., Ltd was registered & established in Dalian, with a registered capital of 1.003 billion RMB and 8, 800 stuff. The main tactic of China Hualu Group is in digital home AV industry. With AV key parts as the core, the emphases of her is to develop AV terminal, AV service, AV content.

On the basis of strengthening investment decision, R&D development, management service, China Hualu Group has readjusted her industrial structure, drawed up a medium-term & long-term development plan and has confirmed the 11th "five-year project". At present, Hualu is changing from "manufacturing industry" to "manufacturing & information service industry". Hualu is changing from an enterprise which depends on a "denotative way of development" as the enlargement of investment, the increase of workshops & equipments to an enterprise which depends mostly on a "connotive way of development" as strengthening self innovation ability, creating a more highly skilled workforce, exploiting the service efficiency of company facilities as a symbol.
